TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The “Superbalist” promotion advertisement, notice, or pamphlet, received via the website, social media, or in person, merely constitutes an invitation by Car Service City for the consumer to participate in the promotion.

2. The “Superbalist” promotional offer shall commence on 16 June 2025 and shall close on 27 June 2025. It shall NOT be available at any other time.

3. The “Superbalist” promotion will be available at all Car Service City branches.

HOW DOES IT WORK

4. Complete the following steps to stand a chance to win one (1) of ten (10) Superbalist vouchers valued at R1 000,00 (one thousand rand):

  • Follow the Car Service City “Superbalist” social media pages.
  • Like the Car Service City “Superbalist” promotional post on Car Service City’s social media pages.
  • Comment and tag three (3) road trip buddies in the Car Service City “Superbalist” promotional post on Car Service City’s social media pages.
  • For a bonus entry, comment your favourite road trip song.

PRIZES

5. Ten (10) lucky participants will be randomly selected to win one (1) of ten (10) Superbalist vouchers to the value of R1 000,00 (one thousand rand).

6. The winners of the Superbalist vouchers will be randomly select and announced on 30 June 2025.

7. All winners will be announced on the Car Service City’s Facebook and Instagram social media platforms.

8. The vouchers will only be redeemable in terms of transactions with Superbalist and cannot be exchanged for any cash value at any Car Service City branch.

GENERAL

9. The “Superbalist” promotion is restricted to participants who reside within the Republic of South Africa.

10. Participation in the “Superbalist” promotion is NOT subject to any entrance fee or administrative costs.

11. Upon a winner being announced, Car Service City will send the selected winners a private message on their respective social media platform.

12. It shall be the responsibility of the selected winner to:

  • Within four (4) business days to contact, respond, and/or provide Car Service City with acknowledgement/acceptance of being selected as a winner, making use of the appropriate social media platform; and
  • Ensure that Car Service City possess a valid and correct email address whereby the winner will accept delivery of the prize.

13. Should a select winner fail to respond and/or provide Car Service City with acknowledgement/acceptance of being selected as a winner within the four (4) business day period as set out above, such winner will automatically forfeit the entitlement to such prize for which the winner has been selected to receive.

14. The prize will be delivered to the selected winner within 10 (ten) business days of confirmation of a correct and valid email address by the selected winner.

15. Upon dispatch of the prize to the selected winner, all liability, responsibility, and benefit of the prize shall pass to the selected winner.

16. It is the responsibility of the winner to redeem the respective voucher before the expiration of such voucher.

17. It is the responsibility of the participant to follow the appropriate steps as set out above and to comply with any further requests made by Car Service City, failure to do so may result in the participant forfeiting an entitlement to any prize.

18. The “Superbalist” promotion is limited to one (1) Superbalist vouchers valued at R1 000,00 (one thousand rand) per selected winner.

19. The “Superbalist” promotional voucher or the value thereof shall not be applicable to or redeemable with regards to any labour and/or parts associated with or incidental to any work or services undertaken by any Car Service City branch.

20. A customer is only entitled to redeem a single voucher, loyalty benefit, promotional offer, or campaign benefit per invoice or other applicable goods or services at Car Service City.

21. Car Service City shall retain the right to resolve any disputes which may arise from these terms and conditions and shall be the finale arbitrator in such disputes and no correspondence shall be entered into.

22. All disputes should be directed to Head Office Complaints Department at the following email address: info@ccholdings.co.za.

23. All personal information obtained by Car Service City by virtue of the consumer’s participation in this promotion is protected as set out in our privacy and security policy and processed in terms of the regulations as set out in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

24. The participants are providing the required personal information to Car Service City and not to any other party.

25. Any consumer who elects to participate in the “Superbalist” promotion by virtue of such actions, acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions contained herein and all other general terms and conditions which may be applicable as published on the Car Service City website or contained in documentation provided to the consumer personally.

26. The “Superbalist” promotion is open to all participants who are NOT close relatives, alternatively closely connected with Car Service City or any member of the organisation.

27. Car Service City reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice should; any unforeseen event/s, any actual or unanticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of Car Service City’s control arises.

28. Car Service City shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting the amended terms and conditions to its webpage.

29. The “Superbalist” promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa.

30. The “Superbalist” promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Superbalist, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.
