TERMS AND CONDITIONS – MOBICRED CAR SERVICE CITY ONLINE STORE CREDIT

1. This promotional offer is organised by Mobicred and RCS Cards Proprietary Limited (“RCS”) (NCRCP38/FSP 44481) (the “Promoter”)

2. All participants agree to be bound by these rules.

3. Promotion period: The promotion commences on 16 August 2021 and will terminate on 16 September 2021.

4. Nature of Reward: R500 (five hundred Rand) to be credited to the customer’s Mobicred account on the 31 August or 30 September 2021 on completion of a successful transaction on https://carservicecity.net/.

5. Value of Reward: R500 (five hundred Rand).

6. Service to which promotion relates: Online Mobicred purchase at https://carservicecity.net/.

7. Customer Value Proposition Details: Customer must apply and be approved for a Mobicred account to qualify for a R500 credit to their Mobicred account on completion of a Mobicred purchase on https://carservicecity.net/.

8. How to qualify: All customers must abide by the below points to qualify:
▪ Customers must apply for a Mobicred account using Car Service City’s unique URL as per above;
▪ Be approved for Mobicred account during the Promotional Period;
▪ Complete a successful Mobicred transaction on https://carservicecity.net/.
▪ Mobicred to credit the customer’s Mobicred account R500 (five hundred Rand) on completion of all prior criteria on the 31 August 2021 or 30 September 2021.

9. Prize fulfilment: Mobicred will be responsible for ensuring that all eligible customers’ accounts are credited with R500 (five hundred Rand). The promotional reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.

10. Promotional offer notification: All eligible customers will be notified via email.

11. General:
a. Your account needs to be opened using the unique link provided by Mobicred to https://carservicecity.net/ for Mobicred to track the application source.
b. You need to checkout using the Mobicred payment method on https://carservicecity.net/ within the promotion period.

12. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the personal contact details captured on the RCS database system are complete, accurate and up to date.

13. Customer Undertaking: Customer agrees that her/his participation in this campaign means that the customer understands that he/she will only receive the R500 (five hundred Rand) credit if the obligations contained in clause 7 and 8 are fulfilled.

14. Disclaimer: RCS, its associated companies, agents and service providers/co-promoters involved in the promotional offer assumes no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, and/or any other claims arising in connection with this promotional offer.

15. System Failure: RCS will not be responsible for loss, delayed and/or misdirected electronic messages, internet of computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond control of RCS which may cause the entry into the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.

16. Cancellation: RCS reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, to cancel, extend or suspend this promotional offer. If so, and to the extent permitted by law, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotional offer and acknowledge that they have no recourse in such event against RCS, its associated companies, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors and/or co-promoter.
